The purpose of any maintenance performed in a facility is to reduce the number of existing or potential failures, check that the systems and functions operate properly, check the efficiency of the facility, check the design-implementation values and inform the operation team about the status of the facility with a report after maintenance, without disrupting the activities of the facility.
The prepared risk management is implemented and preparations are made regarding potential problems, recovery plans and other measures. For responding to potential disruptions in the facility during maintenance and fault intervention, we carry out the interventions on the devices and systems by following the SOP, MOP and EOP procedures, foreseeing potential risks and informing the relevant teams about such risks.
Upon maintenance process, we inform the end user about the facility with a maintenance report that includes an assessment of the current and past statuses of the facility and is enriched with executive summary tables.
The Otomatica “Helpdesk” software logs the failure reports and tracks the failure lifecycle through 24/7 technical support. The generated failure logs constitute know-how based on root causes and resolution methods. Update projects are developed with the customer regarding recurring problems or aging software and devices.
